Fully furnished for extended stays with a comfortable living area, large bedroom with queen bed and work area, two large sofas, and dining table for four. Includes in-unit washer and dryer (new), utility sink, and ample basement storage. Quiet residential setting with excellent walkability to Uptown Vancouver shopping and dining as well as easy access to I-5 for commuting or exploring the area.
