Great beach location

The location cannot be beat. Literally a few steps from the beach, and convenient to nearby groceries, restaurants, and activities (5-10 min drive). All the amenities needed for a beach vacation such as boogie boards, outdoor dining, BBQ etc. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms really works for a large group like ours (10 people). The only issue raised by my family was a few of the beds very soft and could use new mattresses. Definitely recommend this rental property to others.

This family home checks all the boxes! On the beach -one level living- only steps are down to the sand, large kitchen and huge living space with a large outdoor deck! The views are wonderful! We always choose this house for easy beach access and the communication with the host is quick and always helpful!

Check in was a breeze. We did have a minor issue with a washer that was handled in a timely manner. A new machine was delivered! Communication was good with the owner. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. This our 2nd time staying here, and will stay again!

Family fun beach get away

The single story beach front worked out great for our multigenerational family vacation. The large great room with two large couches and two dining areas accommodated our large group. Nice clean beach and lovely view!

The house was perfect! Being directly on the beach was the best! Such and easy walk to the water, and back to the house for any refreshments! At night the kids hunted for crabs on the beach, while the grown ups sat on the fabulous porch!

Ideal beach locations

Sitting on the deck while watching the ever-changing sea, the gulls and sand pipers, and then stepping from the house onto the white sands make for an idyllic, re-storative visit. The house is very comfortable with the latest appliances and plenty of beach toys.

Lower Grand Lagoon Perfection

This ranch style family beach home is amazing. The location, inside lay out, and large back deck with direct beach access was perfect for our grown kids and grandkids- as well as us- the grandparents! The host(s) are wonderful people who respond quickly, care about your stay, & maintain a well- equipped beach house! Our family has booked again for next summer! It’s truly a beach dream house!

Great Beach House!

Lovely beach house right on the beach. Kitchen had everything you need! Plenty of space for our large group. There was also all the beach gear you might need as well as plenty of towels. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean and easy to get to everything nearby.

We Love This Place

We've spent several days there each year for several years. It's right on the beach, beautiful views, breathtaking sunsets, close to fabulous restaurants and other attractions. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning excellent for hot days, very large great room. The kitchen is well furnished and I like to cook.

The view from windows and the deck are truly worth the drive. There are few homes where you can walk off the deck and step on the white sand, just a short stroll from the water. Lots of beach toys and an undated kitchen make this a great place for family or a couple in search of privacy and peace.

Awesome 2nd Year!

My family has now enjoyed two years at this awesome property! This beautiful home sits right on the beach with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a well supplied kitchen and room for everyone. We love that this house is away from all the huge condos and crowds. The owners have been super to work with and we plan on a year three! Thanks for sharing this awesome vacation spot with us!
