Escape to Villa Encina, a serene Topanga canyon retreat featuring a private pool, hot tub, and sunlit patios. This Mediterranean-style villa offers three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and open living spaces with vaulted ceilings. Located on the P.O. tract, close to the center of town, the beach, and 100 yards from the entrance to state park hiking trails. French doors throughout the house to get ample breeze. Looks even better in person!
