Ideally positioned, it`s just a ten-minute walk to Burnside Village for boutique shopping, dining and groceries, with beautiful local parks nearby. Two and a half bathrooms and off-street parking add to your daily convenience.

Set in a quiet, well-kept complex with its own private entrance, this spacious home offers room to relax, connect and unwind. With dual living areas, everyone can spread out in comfort—ideal for families or groups. One lounge is perfect for movies or family game nights, while the main open-plan living, kitchen and dining space flows seamlessly to a private courtyard for a dose of fresh air and morning sun.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with gas cooking, a coffee machine, a breakfast bar and a handy butler’s pantry. Whether you`re whipping up dinner or sharing snacks at the dining table, this space is made for easy, enjoyable living. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout the entire home, keeping it cosy in winter and cool in summer.

The primary bedroom downstairs features a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, a full ensuite, and outdoor access. Upstairs, three more light-filled bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans: one with a double bed, one with two king singles, and another with a single bed. The spacious bathroom upstairs includes a deep bath, walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Additional conveniences include a guest powder room with bidet downstairs, laundry with washer and dryer, and three-car off-street parking. A security camera is installed at the front door and the common driveway.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
