Disliked: Check-in, communication
The check in process was absolutely horrendous. We were given a code, that did not work. We reached out multiple times and received no response, until the next day. They then gave us a new code that also did not work. The issue was never resolved. The only way we got in the house is that we guessed the lock box key code. We asked a couple of questions about heating the pool and they never responded. Further, it appeared a company named Jeeves was a the management company, but when we called, we were told it was sub contracted to another company that we could not get to respond either.
