Thanksgiving and Disney

We loved the house and actually had extra beds. There was room for all 15 of us to eat Thanksgiving dinner all together at the dinning room table. The pool and hot tub were used every day as were the pool table and other games. The club house was loved as well with the lazy river and playgrounds. A GREAT time was had by all.

To be honest

It nice place, i like it but few things which is holes in some rooms, the air conditioning not working, got all of us very hot and sweaty, the downstair restroom light not working, it came out. The food refrigerator not cold enough!!! It make the foods less warm not too cold

Absentee owner who does nothing but use up property and then move on. Didn’t even have the correct hose for us that we reserved. We will never recommend or use again.

Amazing place

My family had an amazing time at this property. Kids rather stay at the property than go to parks. Clean, spacious, in such a amazing community. The amenities were great as well especially the water park for the kids. We all needed a covid break and this was definitely a great choice for a place to stay. Windsor resorts you rock.

SHOULD HAVE GONE DIFFERENTLY!!! DISAPPOINTED

This was a family getaway and I communicated EVERYTHING UP FRONT because we are a large family coming from Mutliple states to see one another!!! 1st issue OVEN broke 2 days into stay and was NEVER REPAIRED... Owner had the audacity to only offer 50.00 when we had 16 people and loads of food.. Then asked why didn't we call Sam (Well SAM the service guy came and SAID he would send someone the next day) That NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Owner asked for a good review and I gave him several days to make good on a partial refund and a free day stay which is what he offered and that hasn't happened and now he doesn't even reply to my messages. Also the rental says it sleeps 20 and owner emailed and said FL had a rule that only 16 could stay so our family that lives in Fl came back and forth daily but Windsor at Westside said there was no such Law or rule...Very Shady and Untruthful..Also under the couch and beds WERE FILTHY... I have pictures as someone dropped there phone and when reaching under the couch to retrieve it just YUCK!!!! 🤮🤮🤮 This should have been smooth as butter because I asked about everything prior to booking...VERY DISAPPOINTED at the owner and property manager...A simple courtesy would have resolved the issues and NOTHING was done...

Great break from Covid Captivity

This booking was a last minute decision for the family to escape the Covid confinement to find some normalcy with a summer family vacation in FL. The house was beautifully decorated and had built in entertainment with pool, pool table, theater room, games, etc. We were able to go to Tampa's Busch Gardens Aquatic Park and to Cocoa Beach to rent a pontoon for a day to sail the bay. We stayed safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner graciously worked with us to make sure our late booking was everything we wanted and needed. I highly recommend this property for rental. Thanks for the break. Wish we were still there!!!!.

We loved it!

We had such a great time staying in this home. As soon as we walked in we knew we chose the right home for our Orlando travel. The home is well kept and clean and the double dryer and washer machine is very convenient for large families. The kitchen has more than enough from a coffee maker, to ice buckets, to spices for cooking. I really appreciated being able to use the highchair, playpen, and stroller for our baby. The rooms were very well kept and there was enough space to accommodate the group while still providing the ability to have private space when needed. We will definitely look at booking here again in the future! The only issue we had was with the pool heating but much more likely an issue since the weather temperature had dropped pretty low. The best parts I think was the family room, the large dining room table, open floor plan, and the responsiveness of the owner/manager (who had constant communication to ensure we were comfortable in the home).

House as pictured on web. Very beautiful interior. Only problems were not enough linen, towels for the amount of occupants. The TV'S not all in good working order. One would only allow 2 channels. One allowed access to a limited preset channel. One only sports. Laundry room equipment not all working. Stove not completely usable. Ceiling fans in two rooms, hot wired and would not turn off, no switch. Everything else was very well and we enjoyed our week with great weather. Thanks for allowing us to use your property.

This house was perfect for our large family of 16. Everyone had plenty of space. The pool was great for the kids and the baby equipment was perfect for the Little’s. We cooked at the house nearly every night and had plenty of kitchen equipment. The house is located close to the resort amenities which all looked very nice. We just didn’t have time to spend there. We spent our days at Disney which was an easy 15-20 minute drive from the house. We will be looking forward to staying here again very soon!

WHAT A PLACE!!

This home is the PERFECT orlando vacation home! The location was fantastic, the neighborhood was great! The house is so spacious and large family friendly! We arrived to a super clean home, plenty of towels, double washer and dryer. We came for a weekend trip to Universal and it was a great place to come back to after each long day at Universal. The host is very responsive and helpful. I will be coming back in the fall and keeping this listing as my first pick!!

Beautiful house in a great quiet area”

The property looks every bit as good as the photos. Very handy driving distance to all the main theme parks. Also plenty of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. The nouse was clean and well stocked with towels; bed linen; crockery etc. The pool was great fun and we were very pleased that there were balls and other toys for the kids to play with. The wee shop around the corner was well stocked for essentials. There were 8 adults, 5 children (4-12yrs) and one baby in our party and we had plenty of room. We had a lovely holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property!

Great location and space!

I had the pleasure of staying in this place for my birthday with friends in Kissimmee! The house was exactly what I needed, and better than the expectation i had. It’s in a great location! 10-15 mins ride to Disney land. The house is a Super clean space! All the amenities you need. Master bedroom has a private bath. Great layout for entertaining and sharing with your other guests. The pool was perfect! Very intimate, but big enough to have a good amount of people sharing it. The neighborhood is great, my friend's kids very enjoy the lazy river in the community center. It was awesome to spend 4 days in here. Iverson is great host with a very peaceful, comfortable, clean, fun, and safe space! I felt like I was home and that was important to me.
