The initial booking was easy however the communication lacked. I had to send multiple messages to get a response, sometimes not even getting a response, which caused me to have to pay for an extra day that I did not use. When I arrived the location was good and I really enjoyed the lake view. The pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. The condo was not as clean as I feel it should have been and was stocked to the bare minimum. We were able to prepare meals by getting creative with what we had. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals and this was just not up to the standards I have found in other rentals.
