check-in process was a nightmare. Because I booked this five days before check-in. I had to go to their office in order to get the code. Which was fine. Except the property manager told me that I didn’t need to do that. Once we got back to the property, the code didn’t work. Eventually, we got into the property and numerous problems with electrical, cleanliness, the temperature of the house. I attempted many times to connect with somebody to fix the problems and I was unsuccessful. The pool was disgusting, half of the electrical outlets in the house didn’t work, the ceiling fan, which there’s only one of is supposed to have a remote which was nowhere to be found. It rained really bad and the windows in the bedroom on the first floor leak so the carpet is soaked. The coffee pot leaked all over.. there are other properties in that ChampionsGate that are way better so make sure you choose a different property. The property manager for this particular condo is absolutely useless.
