More restaurants, mini markets and a butcher can be found in the small ferry port of Poros. Skala also boasts more the 3km of beaches with Chrystal clear waters.


The space
Aqua Terra is a breathtaking 3 bedroom villa perched on the mountainside cliffs.

The villa commands an uninterrupted 180 degree panoramic view of the glittering blue sea during the day and a galaxy of stars during the night. You will overlook the islands of Ithaca to the north, Zakinthos to the south, and Kalamos and Kastos to the east.

An infinity pool spills towards the Ionian softly echoing the sea below. Lounge on comfortable sunbeds or take a cool dip in the pool. A firepit mere steps away from the pool is perfect for gatherings with local wine, grilled seafood and candlelight.

Watch the spectacular sunrise over the sea from every bedroom or the spacious patio. With minimal light pollution, the patio and pool are ideal for stargazing.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned, and each bedroom has endless sea views with large sliding doors that open up onto the patio. All bedrooms have spacious on-suite bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for most discerning chefs complete with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, deep freeze and microwave. The kitchen island seats 6 guests.

Outside dining under the pergola is ideal for all meals or just sitting, sipping cocktails and enjoying the summer breeze. There is a BBQ area on the patio. There are many restaurants, Food markets and shops within 5 km from the Villa and the little town of Skala is situated 5km to the South and Poros 4.5km to the North.


Other things to note

Please treat the Villa with care. The furnishings and artwork are above average for a rental property and any spills, accidents or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be for the guest’s account. This is a non-smoking vacation home. No children under the age of 13yrs. There is a €15 per night Environmental Tax that is collected when leaving, this is collected by the host and paid over to the Greek government.
