On the upper level is the living room with a smart TV with cable, fireplace and large comfortable sectional. A dining space for 8 with access to the upper private deck with BBQ for grilling, and additional bar seating at the kitchen island offers a social setting for family time. The kitchen with stone counters, equipped with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked to prepare family meals, plus a keurig coffee maker, rice cooker and more. The primary suite on this level features a King bed, 50" smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and double vanity sinks. On the lower level, the second bedroom is also a primary master suite offering a King bed, 65" smart TV, and en-suite with walk-in tiled shower. The third bedroom features bunk beds with a Queen over Twin, plus Twin trundle, plus TV, and has a full shared hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The home has a private laundry room with washer and dryer, and is equipped with smart thermostats and a built in humidifier system. This home offers a private 1-car garage with driveway parking for another vehicle. The snowcreek community has a community outdoor year-round hot tub to enjoy.
