The inside of the house was as pictured and it was clean. We loved the property’s location. It’s in a very nice neighborhood with a nice 20 minute walk to the beach. We were very disappointed with the property’s back yard and deck. The yard was very unkempt with fallen leaves, branches and plenty of pitch everywhere. And the deck which a photo was not provided was very dirty along with the abutting fireplace which was dilapidated and frankly an eyesore. Not a pleasant area to sit and relax with coffee or drinks at night. I did communicate this to the property management company so hopefully they will clean it up and make it a pleasant sitting area.
