Only 1.5 Km to the city with easy access. 5 Minutes drive to CBD, direct bus to CBD access at street level.
This is a well-styled apartment, appointed with modern décor and appliances throughout. The apartment includes 2 x Queen beds and 1 x Single bed. The living area features an open-plan layout, with a sleek kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances flowing to a dining area. Sweeping views of The Gabba extend to the two bedrooms, and the apartment includes a study space in the living area, making it ideal for business travelers.
You have the entire apartment to yourself but facilities is shared to residents and other guests.
PARKING ADVICE: -Car park access is via Trafalgar St. There is also additional parking for visitors.
Please navigating to 32 Trafalgar St, Woolloongabba. The parking gate is located next to the burger shop called Ribs and Burgers. Please use the visitor car parks on the 2nd floor up to 4 hours. After picking up the keys, find your parking spot from Levels 3 to 5.
