Private use of the ground floor of a classic Paddington cottage, located metres from vibrant boutique & cafe-lined Latrobe Tce.  Exclusive use of the ground floor, separate entrance, two spacious bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) newly renovated bathroom/laundry & kitchenette. On street parking.

All linens, towels and basic toiletries provided. Pantry items including tea & coffee, cooking oils etc also included. Kitchenette has a microwave, induction hot plate with pots & pans, air-fryer, toastie machine as well as kettle and toaster. All plates, glassware, cutlery and utensils provided.

An extensive library of books including biographies, novels, historical reads and cookbooks are available for your enjoyment. Wifi is also included.

Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops all located within 500m. Walk to Suncorp & GoMA, easy access to RBWH, The Wesley, Mater and Children’s Hospital.   Short drive to Kelvin Grove Campus’s.
Two kms from the Brisbane CBD with easy M1 & M2 access should you wish to visit the Gold or Sunshine Coasts.

Lizzie was lovely, accommodating hosting. Her place is a short walk from the charming Paddington. It was incredibly easy to get into town using the bus network and a grocery and several fantastic coffee shops/restaurants are nearby. The kids appreciated the timtams she provided and loved having a toastie maker in the kitchen. Gorgeous gardens in her backyard. Would definitely stay again. My vertically privileged husband 6'7" had a difficult time navigating some spaces of the apartment, but not all!

Paddington is a beautiful, hilly and well established inner city neighbourhood of Brisbane. Boasting an eclectic array of shops & boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars, there's lots to do and plenty to see, eat and drink just metres from the property. A short distance from the CBD, Southbank, GoMA and the Performing Arts Complex, the property is perfectly positioned for those looking to walk, ride, drive or use the easy public transport.

What makes this property unique


The property was built in the 1940's and maintains many of the original charm albeit with updated amenities. For those who prefer character and charm to modern boxes, the furnishings are comfortable and eclectic and the feel is more like visiting someone's home to a sterile furnished apartment.
