Please leave on time of check out. Late fee is full day of charge. If you Required a gate opener remote control the deposit is $500. If you lose the remote the $500 will be kept.
Please make sure all window and doors are locked before leaving and all the light,heat,a/c are off and not running. Put all your dirty towlines in the washroom floor.
This is not a party house. Please respect full of the neighbours. They may call the cops if you don't follow the rules and make too much noise outside.
