Well stocked kitchen for our needs. Very clean. Beach chairs included. I would stay again. The only negative is the toilet seat lid was broken. The blinds in the bedroom had some broken pieces and the vertical blinds in The living room had 2 broken blinds as we moved them to open to the deck. I do not want to be held responsible for these items that need to be fixed.

The check in was fine. I think the biggest issues were that temperature couldn't be adjusted and the noise from the street. Some of the blinds were laying on the floor when we arrived and it took a day and half to find the welcome packet and pool key. Once i found the pool key, I had to go find the main office because it didn't work. The office manager told me that he didn't have any of our information and i needed to fill out additional paperwork. Overall, the weather and being on the island were the highlights, which made these minor things manageable. I give it an above average score. 3.5 out of 5.

We followed up with the homeowner, and they wanted to share the following: -The homeowner confirmed that the blinds were in the process of being replaced, and we’re working with the local contact to ensure all blinds are fully installed prior to arrival, along with confirming the welcome packet and pool key are set out as expected. - The A/C system is set to a fixed range, which may limit adjustments, and we’ll review how this is communicated in the listing so expectations are clear. Street noise is outside of our control and can vary due to the home’s location. -We’re reviewing our process with the building office and our contact to ensure guest information is registered ahead of time, as this is required for amenity access and a smoother arrival. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience moving forward.

Problems started with the secure entry code not working. Teo tried to contact the person who programs the codes, but it was never fixed. So we were worried about security the whole stay. Next we discovered that there are no curtains and the blinds are woefully broken, rendering them essentially useless for privacy purposes. There was no explanation for how to use the laundry. But we eventually figured it out, but not without unnecessary stress. We expected a dishwasher but there was none. On the upside, once we found the pools and hot tub and Tiki bar we were pleased with all of them.
