This beautiful unit is on third floor, has 2 TV's with over 100 channels (HBO included) DVD, Blu-ray player, high speed internet access. Bedroom has one queen and one full bed and pull out sofa,
window to the quiet courtyard. Complex is on water, has large dock,2 large pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts and bar-restaurant on
property open till 10 pm.
Marco Island is one of the most popular destination of south west Florida, has a lot of wildlife, lovely beaches and no crowds.

Great location of the complex. Loved staying next to Rose Marina, taking the Hemingway to Keewaydin. The pool and hot tub on the property was the nicest, cleanest pool I’ve ever swam in. Loved that there was an adult pool and a family friendly one. The room had everything we needed. We needed a plumbing repair and it was fixed that very same day. Great vacation!

We have stayed here a few times. The manager is great to communicate and work with. They even provide some nice beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The overall cleanliness is good, but the linens were a little misfitted for the beds and the towels were sparse and older. We love the location and the lanai was so nice to sit in. We will rent this unit again if it is avaliable.

Our family had a beautiful, cozy stay and it was only possible because this was so affordable! You’re nearly right on the water & the pool there was excellent, my kids will never forget! Peaceful times at Marco

The location of this property is superb. We walked to the tike bar at the property and also to a great breakfast spot. It is next door to the marina where we went on a dinner cruise. We also walked to a waterside restaurant and to a Dunkin' Donuts. And it is so peaceful and quiet there!
