Terrible communication from vrbo, thank goodness for the property owner to get us into the building and parking area. Vrbo you are a total scam of a business and absolutely screw people over, do what you’re supposed to do and communicate with the customer. Pathetic once again.

The review website is broken so I cant adjust the rating for the check in, as that is the main issue with this place. There was no info sent to my about what the apartment number was, what the wifi username or password was, what the check-out process was or pretty much any info at all. I had to contact the owner for each piece of this information. Not the end of the world but I literally arrived at the place only to realize that I didn't have the apartment. I had to guess the apartment based on the code to key box. Literally the owner just needs to update his listing with the basic info and it would be fine. Would take like 5 mins! The place itself is good. Main hilarious issue is the AC, its one of the units that needs to connect to a window to vent out the hot air, but its not installed on a window. Its just in the kitchen. So it does literally nothing as all the heat it removes it just farts out back into the same area you cooled. I had to put the AC inside a doorway and dump the heat into the living room while it cooled my bedroom overnight, which is just hilarious.Otherwise, the furniture, amenities and cleanliness was totally appropriate and I had no issues. There is noticeable wear and tear but nothing that impedes function. It has a washer and dryer available that I used, as well as clean towels etc. No issues with any of that.
