THE SPACE:

La Playa has been thoughtfully designed for easy, comfortable group living, with multiple zones so everyone can spread out or come together.



At the heart of the home, a large open-plan living and dining area invites everyone to connect — perfect for shared meals, movie nights, or simply stretching out with a book. A second TV room provides a cosy breakout space for kids or teens, while a quiet study nook makes working remotely or studying simple when needed. The gym is a dedicated spacious room, complete with mirrors, boxing bag, bike, treadmill, cross trainer and weights.

The backyard is an entertainer’s paradise — featuring a sparkling pool, oversized alfresco dining table, impressive BBQ, hammock for lazy afternoons, and a dedicated fire pit area for evenings filled with stories and marshmallows. There’s even a charcoal chimenea for cooking skewers and a small herb garden to pick fresh flavours for your meals.



Inside, comfort continues with generous bedrooms, a luxurious master suite with freestanding bathtub, and all the practical touches that make extended stays easy — including a full laundry with washer, dryer and an additional toilet.

Located in beautiful Sapphire Beach, La Playa backs directly onto reserve with a peaceful walking track that leads straight to the sand in just minutes. Approx. 500 metres to the beach. Alternatively, drive to the main entrance to sapphire beach, 2 minutes away.



You’ll feel tucked away in nature, yet still only a short drive to Coffs Harbour’s cafés, restaurants, shopping and attractions — the perfect balance of escape and convenience.
