The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off gas-fireplace and make sure that gas stove and oven are both off.
Please turn down all thermostats to 15C.
Please put trash into bin with green lid (in garage). Put recyclables directly (without bin bags) into bin with blue lid (in garage). Put glass containers next to bins and not into either of them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. NO PARTIES** Strictly enforced! 2. Shoes + boots to be left by front door or downstairs (not in main house). 3. No smoking inside house.
4. Do not dispose of cigarettes/cigars or marijuana anywhere on the property and always dispose of properly in garbage bins.
5. No illegal downloads using the home's internet. 6. Do not use garburator and dispose of all food waste.
