Situated in a quiet, family-friendly pocket on a cul-de-sac, and located right next to a park, this home offers space, convenience, and a peaceful setting just a short drive from some of the area’s best beaches.

The home features four bedrooms, including a generous main bedroom with a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, and private ensuite with a bath - ideal for unwinding after a day out. Two additional bedrooms each offer single beds and built-in wardrobes, while the fourth bedroom doubles as a flexible playroom with a sofa bed (or can be set up with 1-2 single beds on request).

Designed for easy living, the open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dining, and living area, plus a second lounge space, perfect for families needing room to spread out. A dedicated home office with a sit/stand desk makes it easy to work remotely if needed.

Step outside to a sunny private garden with a deck and Weber BBQ - ideal for relaxed evenings. Just metres from the front door is a park with a playground and outdoor gym equipment, making it a great spot for kids and active guests alike.

Guests can enjoy a library of books and board games, and for families travelling with children, we’re happy to provide a selection of toys, books, games, and puzzles on request.

For longer stays, a fortnightly general clean, linen change and lawn mowing service are included, helping you relax and enjoy a comfortable, hassle-free experience.
