Prior to arrival, I contacted the host to specifically confirm that the unit had four beds. They assured me that there were four beds. However, on arrival, there were only three beds and a sofa approximately five feet long, which was not suitable as the fourth sleeping space we had expected.We also found that there was no lockable separation between our suite and the downstairs tenant’s area, which raised privacy and security concerns.In addition, the exterior railing was not securely attached and moved when touched, creating a safety concern.These were significant issues for our group and were not consistent with what we understood we were booking.
