The separate study adds a quiet zone for focused work, reading, or planning your day—without taking over the living space.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire apartment during their stay. You’ll also have access to the building’s shared facilities on Level 5, including the sky garden, gym, and outdoor pool, for use in accordance with building rules and opening hours.



Other Things to Note:

No parties, events or loud gatherings. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any building common areas. Please respect neighbours and observe quiet hours (10pm–8am). Only registered guests are permitted—no unapproved visitors. Shared facilities (pool/gym/sky garden) are for residents and guests only and must be used in line with building rules and opening hours. Any loss of keys/fobs, excessive cleaning, or damage may incur additional charges.
