Quite a little gem in IRB. Clean, organized, decorated like a beach cottage should be. Perfect for 2 and plenty of room for 4. Comfortable beds, nice hot shower. Beach chairs and wagon provided so you just show up and enjoy everything IRB has to offer. We will be back in 2027!!

Beautiful Cottage!

Loved the property! Very clean and comfortable! Perfect location to the beach, coffee shop, dinner, ice cream, and shopping! All within walking distance.Comfortable beds! Hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Little slice of paradise

This cottage was perfect and very clean. The hosts did a great job of communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. They even have a binder with menus and info on the area. The location is less than 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. This will definitely be our go to place to stay when we visit in the future.

This property is a gem! Convenient walk across the street to the beach, and so many shops and places to eat within walking distance. The back yard area gives plenty of privacy for morning coffee. Everything you need for the beach is here… with a wagon to haul it in. The beds are very comfortable, and linens are quality. Your hosts are friendly and responsive.

Perfect beach cottage!

10 out of 5 stars. This property is absolutely adorable and extremely clean. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owners clearly take pride in this property and care about the customers experience. Indian Rocks is a quiet beachy area and very close to Clearwater and St Pete's. We loved this vacation and will return!

Great stay in Sol

Sol exceeded our expectations. The location is great right in the heart of Indian Rocks and walkable to many restaurants. The property is very clean and well kept on both the outside and the inside. The hosts are easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
