Private one acre lot lined with trees on all four sides. Large fire pit facing the river with boat launch on the property. Access to the canoe, Kayaks and paddle boat. 10 minute drive to the grocery store, beach and walking trails in Tweed. 20 minutes to Belleville for shopping, movie theatre, casino and restaurants etc. One hour drive to quaint local stores and wineries in Picton and Prince Edward County.

Cover the pool table and turn all the lights off in the cabin.
If there is no fire ban at the time of your rental insure there is no flame or smoke coming from the fire pit and it is completely out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
