Evenings wind down by the fire pit under the stars, sharing stories and laughs with family or friends while soaking up Hill Country living.

Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access the entire home and backyard.



Getting Around:

Getting around: Please note that public transportation is not available in Kingsland. Guests will need a car to travel to and from the property and explore the surrounding areas. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Please note this property has exterior security cameras.



Due to the recent housing boom, we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it may be near this property.



This home is not pet-friendly. If evidence of pets is found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.



Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM!



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.



In lieu of a security deposit, we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we ensure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
