Regency Retreat is located in the heart of Tahoe Vista on the scenic North Shore of Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is peaceful and tree-lined, offering a true mountain retreat feel while keeping you just minutes from everything the area has to offer. North Tahoe Regional Park, lakefront beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores are all a short drive away. In winter, you are close to Northstar, Diamond Peak, and Mt. Rose ski resorts. In summer, enjoy hiking, biking, paddleboarding, and boat launches nearby.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, deck, and driveway parking. The property is accessed via a wooden ramp walkway from the driveway to the front entry.

The cabin features an open-concept main floor with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing seamlessly together. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams give the great room an airy, lodge-like feel. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located off the main living area, and a convenient laundry nook is tucked just off one of the bedrooms. Hardwood-style flooring runs throughout the main living spaces, with carpet in the bedrooms for added comfort.

Outdoor furniture and decks may not be usable during winter months due to heavy snow.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
