WINDOW CLEANING
Managed by the Owner’s Corporation and follows a set schedule. We appreciate your understanding if cleaning is in progress during your stay.
Other things to note
We kindly ask that you review the house rules prior to confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please note that smoking, parties, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any breach of these rules may result in eviction and additional charges for damages or extra cleaning.
Please also be aware of the following additional charges, where applicable:
➤Fire brigade call-out: Any fire brigade attendance resulting from guest actions—including but not limited to smoking or improper use of appliances—may incur a $1,100 fine, payable by the guest.
➤Lost keys: A lost key will incur a $300 replacement fee, which covers the cost of new keys and a locksmith call-out.
