Getting Around:
- The nearest international airport is Benito Juárez International Airport (MMMX), 8 miles away (approximately 20 minutes by car).

- Free parking is available on the premises, including a designated carport. The garage door opens manually from inside the home, so please ensure it’s open before parking.

- Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop just a short walk away. From there, you can quickly reach key destinations around the area.

Other Things to Note:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City. The property is equipped with a boiler. To ensure hot water availability for all guests, we kindly request that showers be taken in a staggered manner rather than simultaneously.
- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.
- Only one dog is allowed per stay, with a $100 USD fee.
