This 40m2 tiny house feels very spacious and is packed with everything you need to be comfortable and entertained. This modern designed smart home has been fitted with automated roller blinds that work on voice- as well as push button control. Most lights are: remote controlled / voice controlled / dimmable as well as manually switched. Some have the ability to change coulor. There are also several feature lights inside- and outside the house to accent the modern design features of this tiny house . The lounge: has a floor to ceiling window with views to Mt Gold and a beautiful birth tree right outside the window. The modern 4 seater sofa is a comfortable to watch the 52" UHD Smart TV with AppleTV, Chromecast, Netflix and a SONOS ATMOS surround sound system that is sure to give the full cinema experience or listen to music. The fireplace and heatpump will make sure you are warm in winter and cool in summer. Smart features include LED's under the sofa, smart controlled speakers and TV as well as voice activated / remote controlled blinds. The bathroom features a spacious shower with room for two, his- and hers dedicated sink, plenty of wardrobe storage, a heated mirror with LED back light, a regular flushing toilet. The smart features in the bathroom include a motion sensored light and a smart witched towel heater. The dedicated SONOS smart speaker makes it possible you van listen to your music-, get an update on the weather or the news or controll most of the features in the house. The bedroom: has plenty of room to stand up next to the bed and enough sit up straight and get in and out of bed comfortably. The opening sliding door with balcony offers great views to Mt Iron. A funky little desk with a monitor can be folded down to do some work or have breakfast with a view. Enjoy a great night rest on famous DanishTEMPUR mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets. LED reading lights in the alcoves on both sides of the mattress. The smart features in the bedroom include USB wall plugs to charge your devices, a Smart TV with: Netflix, Chromecast, and Apple TV, the main lights are dimmable and voice activated. Theres also a voice activated desk fan and a SONOS smart speaker to make sure you enjoy quality sound. The kitchen has an entertainers island with 5 bar stools and includes: - a dedicated 16 bottle whine fridge (bottles not included); - Hot water tap (for a fast cup of tea); - dishwasher, -microwave, -induction cooktop, - big fridge with freezer, - washing machine and dryer and off course a pot filler tap above the stove to fill your pot with water. Smart features include: Voice activated pendant lights, voice activated LED lights below and above cabinetry. The kitchen also bi-folding doors that create outside living space. Outside: The front of the house has a 5.4m x 4.2M deck with roofed 3mx4m pergola that is rain proof and can be opened and closed depending on the weather. So the. The driveway is shared with the owner who might use the caravan also stored on the section. Quests don’t have access to the garage sorry. We are close to a little nature reserve called the Albert Town Lagoon. The house is also situated close McMurdo Park with playground. The river is at only 7 minute walking distance to enjoy a dip or swim in one of the many spots to go swimming or explore the many hiking and (mountain) biking trails at your doorstep. (The "Deans Bank" trail being the hosts personal favourite. ) Mount Iron can be seen from the bedroom of the tiny house. It is popular with locals and visitors to stretch the legs and enjoy the views. "The Pembroke Patisserie" and the "Double Black Caffee have great coffee and a big choice of the best French and New Zealand pastries you’ve ever tasted. (They tend to sell out so quickly at the patisserie so best be early.) There’s also a small supermarket, a pub, a restaurant, fish and chips shop and a Henry’s Liquor store at only 5 minute walking distance. A great size supermarket: the Wanaka New World (open 7am-10pm) is at only a 8 minute drive away without having to go into the busy Wanaka traffic. There is plenty of parking on the section and offstreet. Amenities are at a 5 minute walk. Take your bike to explore some of the amazing trails including the river track, Deans Bank, the Hikuwai trails, The Sticky Forest trails, the milenium trail, etc, etc, etc. This tiny home requires guest to be abled body. There is a gravel driveway leading to a roofed deck with reasonably high 2 steps that can be tripped on. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. Please make sure to switch on the lights that light the steps. It’s the lowest of the three switches next to the bed and the lower switch at the bottum of the stairs .The steps must be well lit before use at night because they are quite steep and require the guest to be stable and coordinated on their feet.
