Is there a response from the local contact when we arrived at the room and found all of the beds in disarray. The entire place had not been cleaned and who knows how long there were cobwebs all over the place, including the water on the refrigerator, the baseboards, the corners of the room under the couch. Trash was left on the countertops, dirty towels were left in the shower and on the counter. There was no hot water when we arrived. Then the local contact would not respond that evening and so I had to wash my own sheets so that I could even sleep that night and then clean the bathrooms myself. The local contact never got back in touch with me, but only communicated through the company. My issues were not resolved until 24 hours later. Then they sent someone to the house to look at the water heater at 9 PM. very disappointed in this experience and highly do not recommend.
