These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ Please pick up after your dog. This home is in a public area that's close to neighbors. Please respect our neighborhood and clean up after your dog :)

We are in one of the best neighborhoods in Portsmouth. Quiet, secluded and residential, but a 11 minute walk to downtown. We have residential neighbors on both sides of us so we thank you in advance for being a courteous and respectful guest!



Getting Around:

There is free off street parking in the neighborhood. The home is easily walkable to downtown and close to all major Portsmouth attractions! A car is needed to get to the property as public transit is not super popular. There is a free park and ride in Portsmouth near the C&J bus station in town.



Other Things to Note:

FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.
