Architecturally designed 2 level residence situated high on the hill surrounded by large trees just 5 minutes from the centre of town and oceanfront. The minimalist elongated dwelling height creates spaciousness for ease of inside and outside living flow, drawing in atmospheric sunlight, birdsong and ocean air on a lovely leafy street.
