Loft House on the Hill
Architecturally designed 2 level residence situated high on the hill surrounded by large trees just 5 minutes from the centre of town and oceanfront. The minimalist elongated dwelling height creates spaciousness for ease of inside and outside living flow, drawing in atmospheric sunlight, birdsong and ocean air on a lovely leafy street. The living, kitchen and dining are in one open plan space, an upstairs loft bedroom. Wake up with the sunrise, and meander Napier’s historic hill district to town.
