Step inside to a stylish, open-concept living area featuring a super-comfortable sofa and a 50” Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The space flows seamlessly into a dining area with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Rest peacefully in three private bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort:

• Master Bedroom: King bed, 50” Smart TV, firm 12” memory foam mattress, and blackout roller blinds.

• Second Bedroom: King bed, 50” Smart TV, firm 12” memory foam mattress, and blackout roller blinds.

• Third Bedroom: Two Full beds, 50” Smart TV, firm 12” memory foam mattress, and blackout roller blinds.

Additional Amenities:

• Two modern bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, plush towels, a hairdryer, and high-end toiletries.

• In-unit washer and dryer with detergent pods for your convenience.

• A quaint, furnished front porch, perfect for morning coffee or an evening chat.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire main house and all its amenities, including the furnished front porch. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with our secure smart lock system, allowing you to arrive anytime after check-in. A private driveway is available for your parking needs.

✩ Please note a tenant is living in the apartment at the back, which is separate from the main house. However, she does use the driveway to park at the property and access the back where the apartment is located.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you maximum flexibility and privacy. While we are not on-site, we are readily available and responsive via phone or the messaging app should you need any assistance or recommendations during your stay. Your comfort and a 5-star experience are our top priorities.

Booking & Guests

. Check-in Requirements:

All guests must provide a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in.
Entry instructions will not be sent until these are received.
Communication is via a secure third-party platform.


· Conduct & Property Use

Smoking is permitted outside only; a $500 fine applies for indoor smoking.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM (no noise audible to neighbors).
Parties are not allowed; only registered guests may be on the property.
Candles are not allowed inside.


· Pets & Wildlife

No pets are allowed, including service/emotional support animals (due to allergies). Exceptions will be considered contact us additional fee will apply.
The tropical climate includes insects, lizards, and iguanas; keep doors closed.
Encounters or small droppings do not qualify for refunds.
Cleanup supplies are provided.

· Longer Stays

For stays of 2 weeks or more, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the reservation to maintain the home`s quality.

· Check-in / Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability. Please inquire for details.

· Safety & Security

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed facing the front of the house. These are not actively monitored. Tampering with cameras will result in a $100 fine

The property owner and manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

1.Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home at any time.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of all smoking materials safely if you smoke outside.


2. People other than those on the reservation may not have access to the property without express permission from the host.


3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors

4. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.


5. Neither the Property Owner or the property manager (HostyMosty) is responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises, this includes the use of the swimming pool on the premises at any time. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises


6.Neither the property owner nor the property manager is responsible for the guest`s loss of personal belongings or valuables.


7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order


8. Only use appliances for their intended uses


9. Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time


10. All guests staying 2 weeks, or more are required to have an additional cleaning at guest’s expense paid at time of booking. Host will send requests for funds through the resolution center.


11. Gas Grill (if available) will be maintained and cleaned after each use of. If not, guests will be charged an additional $50 for cleaning.

We are very specific about our pet policy at this property: *no animals are allowed.* This policy is clearly stated in our listing to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially those with allergies.

*Service Animals:*
