From this superb location, you will seldom need to drive.

The two-level main house features 2 generously sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and exudes timeless character and comfort in 1,820 sf total. A rare feature is the spacious detached 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house - ideal for friends, or simply another living area for family.

The fully-fenced, manicured backyard is a private retreat ideally located between the main and guest house. It is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and it is the stage for memorable entertaining as well as relaxing moments, creating a feeling of being worlds away from the hustle and bustle.

The living room has a gas fireplace with a Carmel Stone surround, a Smart TV and is adorned with tile floors, a cathedral ceiling and light streaming in through plantation shutters dressing windows that look out onto the garden and the quiet neighborhood outside.

The gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen has solid granite countertops, custom pine cabinetry, elevated finishes, a TV and a decorative electric fireplace for ambience. The washer and dryer are located near the pantry.

All TVs in the home are wifi-enabled Smart TVs with apps for streaming your favorite shows - guests should bring the logins for their own subscriptions for programming.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Main House:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed and is located near the full hall bathroom with a standing shower.
Guest House:
Bedroom #3 has a king bed, TV, gas fireplace and a private bathroom with a standing shower.

The property boasts a large driveway with attractive pavers, and an additional parking pad providing space for several cars. Street parking requires a permit, so guests should plan to park off-street in the areas described above. The garage is not available for parking.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
