Launching your boat is easy since this condo is conveniently located near mile marker 11, next to Lakeview Resort, and ONLY 1/2 mile away from the Shawnee Bend Access Boat Ramp.

High-speed, fiber internet is a must and this condo has it, along with flat-screen TVs in every room (two with cable). Set up your laptop in the "business center" complete with a flat screen monitor, wireless and mobile device printer, printer paper, pens, stapler, etc...and a bonus view of the lake while you work.

This newly updated condo features a NEW king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed, and twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. PLEASE NOTE: An external surveillance camera in mounted in the upper corner of the deck/porch to monitor the exterior of the condo for large gatherings and disturbances. This provides visibility to the pool area, sidewalk next to the deck, and part of the deck area itself. Please know that we respect your privacy and there are no other cameras.
