Beautiful 4,000 square foot home with it's own 2 slip dock on the 24 mile marker of the main channel. Home features some of the best views of the lake. Great
for a family retreat or corporate gathering. Great for bachelorette and bachelor gatherings as there is a bar right next door.
Features include 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms-(three full and two 1/2's),
sauna in the master, game room includes pool table, poker table, two arcade games,
sectional seating area, flat panel tv, and
refrigerator. Swim dock, boat dock, and covered gazebo.

Boat slip sizes- 2 Slips: 10x40 and 14x40

There are 3 California king beds, two fulls and two twins.

This home is fully equipped with coffee machine, patio furniture,
large BBQ grill, all kitchen utensils, pans,
pots, cutlery, plates and central vac. Fully
equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Office located off kitchen has fouton for extra sleeping, wireless
internet and office desk and chair.

Home is located next door to the famous Paradise Tropical
Restaurant & Bar.

Good stay, could use some improvements

Positives- The house interior is beautiful with a stunning view of the lake and accurately described. We had an unbeatable viewing location for 4th of July fireworks. The restaurant next door is very convenient and a fun atmosphere. Negatives- There are minimal bath towels and essentially no hand/kitchen towels requiring our group of 10 to do multiple loads of laundry per day. The game room could use some serious improvements as the majority of the games are broken/don’t work and it was also filthy. Likewise, the outdoor seating areas have potential but need updated furniture and a good cleaning.

The house itself is nice and decorated cute. These are the following things that weren't as nice. The worst thing that isn't explained on VRBO is that unless you have a very small car, you can't drive down to the driveway. There is truck parked behind the bar all the time that prevents there being enough room to get down there, so be prepared to have to carry all your luggage, food, etc...down a huge incline and then stairs on the property when you arrive and back up when you depart. No bathroom hand towels (had to purchase our own), No bathroom rugs (had to purchase our own), Needed add'l TP/Papertowels, Gutter over door from house to gazebo leaked when it was raining/needs to be cleaned, cushions on the gazebo furniture are completely worn out, no shower caddy in the showers or shelf to put any shower products, main oven was filthy, bathroom mirrors were filthy, a great deal of leftover food was left in the fridge, which didn't work when we arrived, master bath toilet room fan needs to be fixed. Overall, this could be a GREAT property to rent but just feels like things have been done cheaply. It's advertised as an "executive" rental, but I'm an executive and it isn't at the standard for that.

We had a great time staying at this property. It provided plenty of room for the whole family to relax & enjoy our vacation. We loved having the Paradise Restaurant & Bar next door for easy access to food, drinks & entertainment.

Bachelor Paradise

Overall, this property is great for a Bachelor setting. However, the sauna was not working and the Golden Tee in the garage is hooked up such that all of the buttons are backwards. However, the restaurant next door is awesome and the dock/location are idea!

Great Property/Location

Rented this property for a bachelor party and it exceeded expectations. Great location next to Paradise Bar and Grill and the house itself was top notch. All the people who attended were very impressed as well. We will keep this property in mind for future occasions.

Best family vacation EVER!

We brought our entire family (kids & grandkids) to 'Paradise' for a family vacation. The home is beautiful, clean & had all of the things needed for a week long stay. George was unbelievable to rent from and work with. The property was with spectacular views and easy access to the water. We rent homes all over the country and this was by far the best experience we have had. We had to cancel last year due to a knee injury & eventually surgery and he was completely understanding about the entire situation and let us reschedule without any costs incurred ~ which was very much appreciated. Gregory was very helpful also. The staff at the Paradise Restaurant Bar ~ which is literally less than 50 steps from the house ~ were all very friendly & fun.

Beautiful house with a big BUT......

What a beautiful house the owners of this property have to share. The house layout is really cool with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a master downstairs along with a family room and the kitchen. The house has everything you need as far as kitchen appliances, the bedding and a sauna that doesn't work. The owners cared enough about my wife loosing her cleaning and washing skills on our vacation, "luckily" for us left the house, floors, and dishes dirty and disgusting. 30 minutes in on this beautiful property we found ourselves cleaning! The only thing you didn't need to clean was the bedding. It was washed. Some of the sheets have blood stains all over, but HEY at least they were washed. And when we were just about to relax and enjoy the lake view I had a new responsibility. The house was full of flies. Owners thankfully left 2 fly swatter on the counter. One wasn't gonna do it. After taking down at least 50 flies in 24 hours I think I can confidently say that I learned an absolutely necessary skill. By the end of the first day when we cleaned the house and got rid of the most of the flies we went out on the outside patio to enjoy the nice view and fresh air. Only to find beer cans, cigarette buds, and vomit! The good news the owner does leave a garden hose for you to clean this up. An hour later the patio was clean. I even washed the window and the door full of spider nests just to be nice for such a great hospitality. Another good part about this house is since it's located by the back door of the restaurant, which it would have been nice if the owner mentioned it on the listing, you get all sorts of benefits. First, you get unlimited supply of cigarette buds around the property. Second, don't bother bringing a speaker with you, you get plenty of laud music coming from the bar all day and night long. Third, you get restaurant employees coming by the house constantly just to let you know things you can and can't do. There is no contact from the owner, you get to meet the waitresses and bartenders drop by unexpectedly acting as owners of the property. Some of them threaten, some of them give you dirty look while you enjoy your stay. So, if you are looking to clean somebody else's house for free, looking to win fly killing competition, or look to meet bunch of rude people this house is for you! Oh and there is a live squirrel who leaves in attic, finishes your left overs overnight and gives you good morning look when you come down to get your coffee!

Lake life is the best!

Beautiful home that accommodates children, adults, and seniors. Lots of spaces that allowed us to play games, shoot pool, relax on the patio and fish from the dock.This home is right on the water with a gorgeous view!

Ozarks Perfection

Beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice. The garage gameroom was a pleasant surprise, and the sauna was the cherry on top. The driveway is a nightmare, but negotiable for the fearless driver. All of the employees next door at Paradise are awesome people and practically family. Enjoy your stay. This property will not let you down. Just be sure to bring an extra fly swatter.

Weekend away

Great house. Beautifully decorated. Located literally right next door to Paradise. So we literally ate and went there daily. Host was pretty communicative when needed and accommodating. Tv in the downstairs living room didnt work, but we were out most the time. Beautiful lake view
