My Port Melbourne apartment is available mid-April - August 2026. Fully furnished with en suite master bath, full second bath. Second BR can be configured as office or bedroom (currently). Includes 1 secured, paid parking space. 2 blocks from the beach and 2 from Bay Street. 10-minute walk to 1 tram that goes to all the best spots in the city. (15 mins to 109). Very secure, quiet. Community pool is heated all year. I love this place--it's close to EVERYTHING and super quiet.
