Large sunny decks, unspoiled beach, very private with glorious views over the ocean to Little Barrier Island and also beautiful rural and bush views to the back of the house.
Close to 4 golf courses, Matakana Farmers Market and vineyards,cafes and restaurants, excelloent shopping, tennis courts, Goat Island Marine Reserve, diving, snorkelling, boating,fishing and surfing and traditional Maori marae. Y
