The space includes a large primary bedroom with a king bed, a flex room with two single beds, and a den with a double bed. An additional guest can sleep on the couch with extra linens provided.

The suite features a 3-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. The living and dining areas provide comfortable spaces to relax or enjoy meals together.

Step outside to a large, fully fenced backyard available for your private use, complete with outdoor seating. A propane BBQ is also available for guest use. Please ensure pets are cleaned up after.

Private driveway parking is available for one vehicle.

The location is highly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to No Frills, Cora’s Breakfast & Lunch, The Shakespeare Arms Pub, a pharmacy, and other shops and restaurants in Campus Estates Plaza.
