The Gulf shoreline is just over a mile away—or launch the provided kayaks directly from the canal for a fun coastal adventure.
The shaded ground-floor patio overlooks the canal and features a hammock and plenty of seating, creating a relaxing spot to unwind. The convenient fish-cleaning station is available for guest use after a day of fishing in the canal. and Take the kayaks are explore the surrounding waterways!

The bright and spacious living area is furnished with love seat, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and 50” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up delectable creations in the sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.
When it’s time to eat, both the dining table and kitchen island accommodate four.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests between three bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room.
The master suite is located downstairs with a separate exterior entrance (there is no interior stairway). This private retreat is furnished with a king-size bed, recliner, and 42” TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in the upstairs second bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed with a twin-size trundle and French doors that open to the back deck.
The adjacent third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and French doors that open to the front deck. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
AMENITIES:
• Community Pool: Open Tuesday- Sunday | 9am-7pm | Memorial Day through Labor Day each year
$5.00 per person ages 7 and up. Children 6 and under are free.
POLICIES/RULES:
• NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property to include the deck and pool areas
• This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Maximum of 2 pets. Additional pets must be approved so please send us a request and include the breed/weight. Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present.
• Maximum Occupancy: 10
• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
• No uninvited guests without permission
• Do not take bath towels to the beach.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in
• Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee or Security Deposit
