Admiral Quarters 1504 is a beachfront condo featuring 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and incredible floor-to-ceiling Gulf views. Spacious layout with a large Gulf-front balcony...perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine!



CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:



From 10/19/2026 to 12/30/2026, all tiles on the north walkway will be removed. A waterproofing coat will also be applied. Admiral Quarters will be closed to all owners and guests during this time, as access to the walkways will be restricted. Dates subject to change.



From 9/20/2027 to 12/31/2027, the traffic deck coating system will be installed, balcony ceiling and wall repairs will be completed, and new rails will be installed. The reason for starting this project on 9/20/2027 is that the traffic deck coating system cannot be installed during the colder winter months. Work will start on the 15th floor and work down to the 2nd floor. We will make every effort to make floors available to owners and guests as phases are completed. Be aware that there will be significant noise during the installation of the new rails. Dates subject to change.

Family Summer Vaca 2026

We enjoyed our stay very much. Admirals Quarters is a wonderful, family friendly place to stay. This was our first time staying on the top floor! We very much enjoyed the gorgeous views and wonderful amenities. The condo was beautiful as well as clean. It had everything we needed. If I had to voice a complaint ( as is in most condos I’ve stayed in), I wish the door had a top lock/ child lock/ or dead bolt to prevent exit and ease a parents mind with young children. We can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing Condominium

One of the best condos we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the condo was spotless, well cared for, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It was extremely comfortable for our family, and you can tell the owners truly care about the guest experience. A huge bonus that was not mentioned in the listing was the amount of beach gear available — plenty of beach chairs, floaties, and beach toys for the kids, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The only item worth noting relates more to the HOA/building amenities than the condo itself: the pool could have been better maintained during our stay. It appeared that it was not being cleaned regularly, and the filters may not have been functioning properly. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again.
