With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this multi-level retreat is the perfect place to vacation with family and friends. Enjoy a great location just south of Bethany Beach and less than one mile from Fenwick Island, with easy access to amazing restaurants, shopping, and the surf and sand. This home is also just a two-minute drive to the Fenwick Island State Park beach entrance, making beach days quick and easy. The ground level storage area contains beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach games and fishing gear.
Step inside and enjoy multiple living areas designed for families to relax and recharge together. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker, along with all the essentials.
For added convenience, the home features 4 TVs, high-speed WiFi, a gas grill, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a kayak provided for guest use.
