Great location. Amazing spa-like steam room and the dog wash was super handy if going to the dog beaches!!Grace was very accommodating Just don’t plan a lot of cooking as no traditional kitchen, lots of restaurants closeby!

Should not be listed as a rental. A dusty home basement workout room, w/attached bathroom. No working windows, door lock was jimmied, didn’t work correctly. Bacteria growing in sink/shower; dirt on tiles/dust on surfaces in room/steam room. Broken caddy, broken toilet seat, broken bathroom fan. Very uncomfortable beds. People fighting loudly in house above at night/big dog barking at night and morning. Not safe, not clean. Host was interested in money, not making it a pleasant stay for our family. Rude when we asked about coffee or tea and became hostile when we brought our safety concerns to VRBOs attention.

"We take pride in our 5-star hosting standards. This guest performed an in-person walkthrough of the unit at check-in, signed all property documents, and confirmed their satisfaction upon arrival. They stayed for 3 days of their 5-day booking without raising any concerns or maintenance requests. We were only notified of these alleged issues when the guest suddenly demanded a refund mid-stay. We immediately offered to send our professional cleaning and maintenance team to address any concerns, which the guest declined. We stand by the verified, pristine condition of our unit and have documented evidence refuting these claims."
