The comfortable living area provides the perfect place to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom enjoys beautiful views creating a peaceful space to wake up to the lake each morning. The additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for family or friends. Two modern bathrooms, including a walk-in shower, ensure convenience for larger groups.

Optional Family-Friendly Extras:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guests have full private access to the entire penthouse apartment, including the living area, kitchen, balcony, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.



There is 1 on-site, free car parking space included.

Located along scenic Frankton Road, Residence du Lac sits in one of Queenstown’s most desirable lakefront areas. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by stunning alpine scenery while still being close to town.



Nearby walking and cycling trails follow the lake, offering an easy way to explore the area. Queenstown’s restaurants, cafés, wineries, and adventure activities are all within a short drive.



Getting Around:

Queenstown town centre is approximately 2.5 km away (about a 5–7 minute drive). The nearest bus stop is located along Frankton Road, providing easy access to Queenstown, Frankton, and the airport. Taxis, rideshare and uber services are also widely available.
