Mosman is a premium scenic suburb, located near Spit Bridge, the apartment is well connected by frequent bus services along Spit Road.

Sydney CBD and North Sydney are typically around 20–30 minutes away by bus, while nearby Mosman ferry wharves provide a scenic trip to Circular Quay in approximately 15–20 minutes, offering easy access to Sydney Harbour and the Opera House precinct.

From Circular Quay, ferries continue to Manly Beach, making it a convenient base for exploring both the city and Northern Beaches. Mosman Village, harbour walks, cafés, and Taronga Zoo is also close by, around 10 minutes by car or bus.

Long stays:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended to maintain comfort and cleanliness. A Refresh & Restock or Full Clean can be arranged for $200, with extended-stay servicing tailored as needed to keep the home in excellent condition.

Any additional cleaning or damage resulting from non-compliance may incur extra charges. Pets must be declared in the reservation and may not be left unattended at any time.
