Outside there is a nice back yard with a gas BBQ grill, a picnic table, and an outside shower.
It is within walking distance of the amusements and restaurants in Old Orchard Beach. Ocean Park, with its sandwich shop, ice cream parlor, gift shops, concert halls, and library is a short walk. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues are nearby. Twenty minutes driving distance to Portland or Kittery. Photos available on request.
