Four-bedroom beach house - 100 yards to beach (5 houses away from the beach) and a short walk to downtown (the Pier). Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and away from all the downtown busy area. Newly renovated house four bedrooms with everything you need - We have it all everything for cooking including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and gas grill in back yard with patio, lawn furniture. Plus has a washer and dryer. Also has cable TV and wifi.. The 4 bedrooms upstairs has a bathroom and ceiling and window fans. Downstairs has another bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and closed in porch in front of house. It has a fenced in backyard patio with picnic table and grill. Please call for discounted details. Also has 2 new outside covered showers with both hot and cold water.

Quit neighborhood and only 5 houses to the beach.
