Awesome Yankee architectural style apartment for adults! Love the layout, amazing shower dining/LR/Kitchen openess. Beds were comfy too. 45 min walk to harbourfront but located in nice neighborhood that has everything you would need (Sobeys, cafes, pubs, bus stop) and just a 9 uber lift back up to apt from harbourfront! Has everything you need!

We absolutely loved staying at the urban oasis! The property is so centrally located, it was a breeze getting to and from all major sites (we were moving our daughter to university). We loved the minimalist interior and the space was incredibly helpful to us as we sorted and organized our daughter's move!The room was spacious with all basic amenities and the host was quick to help us when we encountered an issue. We really appreciated the host going above and beyond with providing useful tips and information and offering help. Thank you so much!We definitely recommend staying here!

Parking was a challenge, spots were all taken every time we came back to the unit. The kitchen could benefit from a sharp knife & vegetable peeler. The floor just past the 1st window by the door had an ant issue which could become a problem. I think they are coming in from the outside and may need to be addressed as to not become a bigger problem in the future.Thank you

Thank you for your review, I feel like the ant issue could have been brought to our attention directly and not on a public review... we have taken care of the issue, and street parking is up to guests to navigate.

The description doesn't do this listing justice - in a good way. First, this is an open-concept loft space that offers a lot of room with the upper loft bedroom and the lower bedrooom off the main area. I was really pleased when I walked in because the look from the street does not relay what is inside. The bathroom is very large and the kitchen is also well-appointed. The location is also excellent with some nearby cafes and services and a cute gift shop right beside on the corner. It is a quick uber or walk or drive anywhere and we were always able to find on-street parking on Clifton. I appreciated the spaceheater that was provided. Really a great place! For those seeking privacy, the ground floor bedroom does not have a door, nor does the loft, which is a loft and open to below (but the queen bed itself is recessed into a cool nook with plugs and lights and windows).
