Very nice recent and spacious apartment, located 400m from the city centre, 500m from the beach and on the edge of the national forest. In a private residence with a heated swimming pool (June 1st to September 15th).
Fitted kitchen area, living room with sofa, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (1 mezzanine bed, 2 beds below).
South/west terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.

Hébergement globalement propre. Bien situé sur la commune. Petit problème avec le système de ventilation dans la chambre des enfants (obligé de le couper le soir car trop bruyant, et du coup plus de wifi car branché sur le même fusible). La piscine de la résidence : très bien. La plancha était propre, nous avons pu l'utiliser (c'est assez rare pour le souligner). Pas de clim mais nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit hier verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Der Pool ist riesig und immer relativ leer. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Très bonnes vacances .Nous avons visité la région . Nous avons surtout aimé l'accueil et l'appartement . Je recommande vivement cette location. Les propriétaires sont très accommodant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ . A refaire .

Séjour totalement réussi !

Un appartement de belle superficie très bien équipé, propre et avec un extérieur intime. Le résidence est une des plus belles de Notre Dame de Monts. La relation avec le propriétaire (procédures d'entrée et de sortie) a été très cordiale et arrangeante. Tout a été parfait !

Seht schön

Es hat eigentlich alles gepasst, sehr ruhig im September, gute Lage zum Strand, das Appartement ist sehr schön und groß. Fahrräder sind vorhanden und können genutzt werden. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Doppelbett ist viel zu klein und es gibt kein WLAN, was das Ganze etwas trübt. Der Pool ist leider auch im September nicht mehr offen, konnte aber ungeheizt noch genutzt werden. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit genossen, Danke!

Super séjour. Résidence très agréable, piscine bien chauffée et jamais trop fréquentée, appartement très fonctionnel, et situation au top pour accéder à la plage. Les propriétaires ont été très agréables. Des vacances à refaire, vraiment super avec des enfants !

Super adresse de vacances

Nous avons apprécié notre séjours à Notre Dame de Monts. Nous avond été reçus très bien. L’appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description. Notre Dame de Monts est une région très agréable avec de nombreuses possibilités. Une visite de l’Ile de Yeu, Ile de Noirmoutier ne doit pas être manquée. Les différents marchés sont très charmants. Ce séjours est vraiment recommandé!

Excellentes prestations

Accueil et départ chaleureux et personnalisés car assurés avec la propriétaire. Personne par ailleurs très sympathique et que nous remercions d'être venue à chaque fois. L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description, propre, calme et équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un bon séjour. Terrasse bien agréable pour manger en extérieur, même hors saison. Nous n'étions pas nombreux sur Notre Dame de Monts sur cette période de fin mars, ce qui fut très appréciable pour faire de longues balades le long de la plage. Plage qui plus est très accessible car seulement à quelques centaines de mètres de la résidence. Vraiment le top pour prendre une bonne dose d'air iodé. Un conseil : profitez de votre séjour pour visiter à vélo l'Ile d'Yeu, car le déplacement vaut vraiment le détour. L'embarquement se faisant qu'à 10 mns de la résidence. Nous avons vraiment pleinement profité des lieux, et nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour.
