Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Ruhige Umgebung. Die Küchen-Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es gab eigentlich nichts was wir an Besteck oder Tellern vermisst haben. Sogar die Waschmaschine haben wir am 2. Tag im Schrank entdeckt. Mit dem Auto kommt man auch gut zum Strand. Hat uns alles in allem gut gefallen.

Bonjour, je vous remercie pour votre retour. Effectivement la résidence est très calme et nous tenons à ce que l'accueil soit soigné. Pour la connexion wifi, il s'agit d'une clé 4g. Le réseau est gsm est parfois saturé pendant ma saison. Je suis désolé de la gêne occasionnée.

un des meilleurs logements que nous ayons eu à St Jean de Monts depuis quelques années. il y a juste deux étages à monter, avec les bagages, mais on se sent très bien dans le logement aux espaces très convenables et l'environnement est très calme, avec un accès rapide aux plages et au centre animé, à condition d'avoir une voiture. nous en conservons une très bonne impression.

Très beau logement bien situé et tout équipé

Super séjour dans une très belle location. Résidence dans la pinède, accès direct aux pistes cyclables, à 1km de la plage. L'appartement est vraiment très bien équipé, très propre, bonne literies. On y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Propriétaire disponible et gestion de l'arrivée et du départ par une conciergerie privée efficace. A recommander ! Merci

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Saint Jean de Monts. Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön ruhig in einem Pinienwald. Die Strandpromenade und ein Marktplatz für Einkäufe sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz und Stauraum. Für den Hund gibt es im angrenzenden Pinienwald zahlreiche Auslaufmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür und sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Pinienwald lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider gab es ein paar kleine Kommunikationsprobleme mit der Agentur bezüglich der Endreinigung und Abreise, sodass die Nachmieter bereits um 10:45 Uhr vor der Tür standen, während wir noch putzten. Sonst war aber alles super. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passe des super vacances en vendee dans cet appartement tres confortable et tres bien situe pres d une tres belle plage et pas loin du centre.Et si vous prenez des velos c encore mieux pistes faciles et nombreuses .Beaucoup de choses a voir et faire un plaisir!

Très bel appartement, tout confort

L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Il est parfait pour 4 à 5 personnes. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse bien exposée, au calme. La piste cyclable qui est à quelques pas nous a également beaucoup plu. Nous conseillons cette location.

The stay was excellent!! The apartment is super charming and looks exactly like in the pictures. Very beautiful apartment, clean and super quiet. It has a very good location in forest. The air around was really pure. Near the house you can find a lot of space to park your car or bike. Me and my family were really happy and satisfied to stay in such a nice flat. The whole house was quiet. The place is very well and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There are numerous things that makes everyday life comfortable. I've found all I need for cooking in the kitchen. There are also toys and books for kids; many useful things for beach; DVD and others. The owner provided good customer service, answered all our questions. It was really nice to deal with Patrick. I would recommend this property to my friends or relatives.

Très agréable séjour

L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. On peut s’apercevoir que le propriétaire utilise cet appartement et qu'il met à disposition tout le nécessaire pour faciliter notre séjour. Il a eu la gentillesse de trouver du matériel de puériculture avant notre arrivée. A noter que l'environnement est très calme. En amélioration, il pourrait être intéressant d'équiper l'immeuble d'un garage à vélo? Parfait pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

tolle Fehrienwohnung

wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Ihrer Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügeltisch, Staubsauger & Reinigungsmittel, tolle Messer und Frischhalteboxen, großer Kühlschrank , etc. Die Lage ist hervorragend, im 2ten Stock mit Sicht in Krönen von Kiefern. Man ist der Meinung die Wohnung liegt mitten im Wald, sie liegt aber recht zentral auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, so dass über Fahrradwege das Meer, das Zentrum, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach und schnell zu erreichen sind. Die Fahrradwege fangen direkt am Haus an und ziehen sich durch ein schönes und ausgedehntes Waldgebiet. Der Sandstrand ist sehr gepflegt, alles in allem haben wir sehr schöne Tage in Saint Jean de Monts verbracht.

En Français: Appartement Génial!! nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans votre appartement . L'appartement est bien équipé , avec lave-linge , fer à repasser , produit de netoyage , de grands couteaux et des boîtes hermetiques pour nourriture , grand réfrigérateur , etc... L'emplacement est excellent , au 2ème étage avec vue sur les cimes des pins . On croit que l' appartement est situé dans la forêt , il est assez central, sur une petite colline , de sorte que sur les chemins cyclables nous emmènent à la mer , au centre et aux commerces facilement et rapidement accessibles . Les pistes cyclables commencent directement à la maison et passent par une belle et grande pinède. La plage de sable est très bien entretenu , dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de très belles journées à Saint Jean de Monts . "Merci pour cette appréciation!" Patrick

100 % DETENTE !

L'appartement est parfaitement bien situé, au dernier étage d'une petite résidence, sans vis à vis, au coeur de la pinède, au calme, idéal pour les grasses matinées ! Nous avons sincèrement apprécié l'état de propreté remarquable de l'appartement, son niveau d'équipement et la mise à disposition de jeux de société, livres pour enfants et DVD. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Pas besoin de voiture, l'appartement est situé au pied des pistes cyclables : la mer, les restaurants et un petit supermarché se trouvent à environ 10 mn en vélo. Les enfants se sont également beaucoup amusés au Club de plage. En résumé nous avons passé de très belles vacances familiales où chacun y a trouvé son compte.
